I drew a concept sketch for the mother of the main character in my passion novel, MASK.

Serena is a tiger mom in both her protectiveness of Emily and the ruthlessness of her fighting style. It helps that her powers are shearing and duplication then, allowing her to sacrifice herself several times over to accomplish a goal and coating her hands, feet and teeth in cutting energy. It makes a nice contrast.

I tried to show this contrast in her mask, using Gemini symbolism on the lower bounds of the mask into pseudo-fangs at the end of it to show off her added lethality. The top two represent her caring nature in a more blatant way, while also driving home her duplication ability.
