His back arched with pleasure, hair standing on end as he peered into the bubbling cauldron.

“Oh, here it is,” she screeched. “Good. It’s just enough for our special Hallow’s Eve treat.”

Mildrid popped the cork of the top of the glass bottle and poured the rest of the liquid into the steaming soup.
